Your Online Path to Broadway

Connect with a professional to
guide your dreams
bridgeyou is an online lesson service that connects you with Broadway and Japanese musical professionals to train the next generation of actors.
1
Excellent instructors who
have trained professionals
All bridgeyou instructors have professional industry experience. You can also learn from actors currently working in the industry. Because our instructors know what it takes to be a professional, they will train you without bias and prepare you for the industry.
2
Professional support in all subjects:
singing, dancing and acting
Our school has produced major artists from various genres such as pops, storytelling, and dance vocals. Instructors who are familiar with each style will be in charge of voice training (voice training).
3
Connect with professionals online from anywhere in the world
bridgeyou's core theme is for our students to persevere in the face of challenge to become a professional. We offer new paths for children by connecting them with professionals online and by teaching them practical know-how for the industry.
4
Meet professionals in training camps and study abroad programs
We offer in-person programs in addition to online lessons. These are a great opportunity to boost your child's progress. Meeting instructors and peers through trips to New York and training camps in Japan will help your child feel like they are part of an international team.

Scene Study Class: Basic and Advanced
The instructor is a Broadway actor. Lessons will be taught using authentic Broadway scripts. Each student takes on one role and is challenged with a task that changes each month. There is also a singing part in the script, so this is a group lesson where students can work on both dialogue and singing.
Personal Vocal lesson
This is a one-on-one singing class with an instructor with experience as an actor in Broadway or in the Japanese musical scene. This 45-minute intensive class is recommended for those who want to foster strength in singing.
Training Camps & Study Abroad
Several times a year, we offer programs where participants can learn from instructors in person. We have a training camp in which participants work through a script with Broadway actors, and a study abroad program where participants go to New York to receive instruction at the heart of the musical industry.

Testimonials
There was no place nearby where my child could learn performance techniques that would match international standards, but now they are taking the scene study class. I feel my child is making meaningful progress since the instructors teach pronunciation, script reading and other things required at the professional level in a way that's easy for children to understand.
My child was nervous about her first Broadway class, but they enjoyed every moment of it and made new friends. This changed their enthusiasm for the lessons when she came back home. There's no other opportunity for a ten-year-old to take lessons in the very center of the industry. It was also a valuable experience to simulate the life of a professional like taking promotional photos and writing a resume. As a parent, I'm thrilled that my child has new goals for the future.
My child could speak English, but this was the first time that they learned the right pronunciations that are specific to singing. Learning the pronunciation helped them sound better and gave them motivation to improve their expertise in language.

FAQ
Q
Are all lessons conducted in English?
A
Classes with Broadway instructors will be in English. Script classes will be taught with a Japanese interpreter, but all private lessons will be in English unless requested otherwise.
Q
How do I pay for lessons?
A
The amount will be debited monthly. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.
Q
Can I choose my teacher?
A
You can choose your instructor, but if you need help deciding, we can make suggestions based on your child's progress.
Q
Can I take a single lesson?
A
In singing lessons, it is possible to take lessons once a month, etc., but we do not recommend it as it does not produce results. We recommend that you continue taking lessons on an ongoing basis.
Q
What if I need to miss a class?
A
If you miss a group lesson, you will be asked to view the recording in the archive at a later date. Private lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the lesson starts. After that, the lesson will be counted as a missed lesson.
